As a lifelong athlete, I grew up with a fascination and drive for all things involving athletics. I enjoyed every sport I could get involved in growing up, but eventually found myself focusing on what I was most passionate about, Football and strength training. Following my junior year of football, I unfortunately suffered an injury that threatened to hold me back from my Senior Season. The only option given to me was surgery, until a family member gave me one last doctor to try. I sought care at a sports chiropractor as my last resort, and frankly not expecting much. Even on visit one I was already feeling noticeably better. Within 3 weeks I had avoided surgery altogether and was back to participating in workouts, and knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life. This personal experience with pain relief and injury resolution inspired me to get the best education available to me at Parker University where I graduated with my Doctorate of Chiropractic, and double bachelors degrees in Anatomy and Health & Wellness
In my treatments I use multiple aspects of Chiropractic care, Soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercise, movement analysis, and the cutting edge therapy equipment at Move to help improve the health and overall function of my patients. No matter what their background or goals may be, this combination of approaches helps people improve at a rapid rate and with lasting effects.
Additional training has been taken to become full body certified in the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), a complete system of analysis and treatment regarding the fascial chains that run throughout the body. I am also RockTape certified, in basic and performance taping methods, a certified ergonomic assessment specialist, and have advanced training in extremity assessment and corrections as well as movement mechanics.
Necks, backs, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, feet. No matter what you may be going through I believe there’s a way I can help, and get you back to living a life you love. Just as I was helped long ago.
